  • Birth Doula Support

    When working with me, we will meet for three in-person prenatal visits:

    During this time, we will take the first visit to get to know one another. I will support you in connecting to your intuition, helping you understand your beliefs about birth, addressing fears & increasing awareness of the body. We will begin to discuss informed consent, your rights during birth & then begin building your birth plan. I will take the time to listen to your hopes, desires & answer any questions you may have for me.

    During the second visit we will discuss physiological birth, the birth stages & how to determine when you have begun the birth process and when best to contact me. Lastly, we’ll discuss comfort measures and pushing.

    The third visit, we will unpack any remaining feelings coming up, go through the birth plan together & discuss post-partum planning.

  • Post Partum Support

    A post-partum shift is tailored to the needs of the new parent and family. Leading up to the guess date we will schedule a one hour consult to discuss needs & create a post-partum care plan.

    My role as a Post-partum Doula is to tenderly care for the new parent. The focus is to support you with rest, proper nutrition, post-partum health, and emotional support.

    In addition, I can offer hands-on support and education. Birthing a baby is a huge rite of passage, and supporting women as they enter this new chapter of their life is tremendously important & something I deeply honour.

  • Birth Planning Support

    Virtual support in edcucating clients on informed consent and aiding you in the decisions that you get to make for the kind of birth you desire.

  • Pregnancy Loss Support

    Conscious & spontaneous release of pregnancy.

    Loss is a deeply confronting and controversial topic in our society. My role as a Doula is to ensure that people feel supported and held in these moments. Loss support is tailored to the needs of the parent, and no matter where they’re at, I will provide emotional, physical and educational care and support.

  • Standard Birth Package:

    3 in person prenatal visits

    Unlimited support via phone, text, or email (between 7-5 Monday to Friday)

    On call 24/7 from 38 weeks onward til 1 week postpartum.

    Advocacy, physical and emotional support.

    Education on stages of birth & informed consent.

    Breathwork & meditation education

    Access to lending library

    Continuous labour support beginning at home until approximately 2 hours after birth

    Placenta print keepsake(optional)

    1 PP herbal bath to support healing

    1 postpartum debrief visit, typically on day 3-5.

  • Comprehensive Birth Package

  • Postpartum Care:

    1 hour phone call to determine the needs of the family and create care plan.

    Emotional support in processing birth

    Healing support; herbs to support recovering postpartum body.

    Body work: sesame oil massage, castor oil packs, Moxa and gentle Reiki

    Education around infant care (feeding, soothing, sleep)

    Baby wearing support

    Support with siblings

    Meal preparation & access to nourshing recipe collection

    Light housework

    Connecting you to additional resources or other community supports

    $40 per hour (minimum 4 hours) or packages of 6, 12, 18 & 24 hours. Payment plan options available for all PP packages and hours divided as the family sees fit(min 2 hours per shift). Custom PP packages available with small discount.

  • Birth Planning Support

    Virtual support in educating clients on informed consent and aiding you in the decisions that you get to make for the kind of birth you desire, for you and your baby.

    • Two 60 minute virtual appointments

    • Complete birth plan sent via email

  • Spontaneous or Conscious Release of Pregnancy

    (otherwise known as miscarriage and abortion): Pregnancy loss and abortion are births. The importance of supporting folks in these processes of birth can not be over looked. All births need the same care, support and healing that all postpartum bodies need.
