  • Birth Doula Support

    Working With Me

    When we work together, we will meet for three in-person prenatal visits. These sessions are designed to build connection, deepen your trust in yourself, and prepare you: body, mind, and spirit for the transformative journey of birth.

    Visit One: Connection & Foundations
    Our first meeting is about getting to know one another. We’ll explore your beliefs and feelings about birth, begin to connect with your intuition, and gently bring awareness to any fears or limiting narratives. We’ll talk about informed consent, your rights during birth, and begin shaping a birth plan that feels deeply aligned with your values. This is a time to ask questions, share hopes, and be heard.

    Visit Two: Understanding the Birth Process
    In our second visit, we’ll dive into the physiology of birth: how it begins, how it unfolds, and how to recognize when labor has truly started. We'll also discuss when and how to contact me, and explore comfort measures, positioning, and the process of pushing. This session helps you feel confident and supported in the rhythms of labor.

    Visit Three: Preparation & Integration
    Our final prenatal visit is a time to check in emotionally and energetically. We’ll revisit your birth plan, talk through any lingering questions or feelings, and lay the groundwork for your postpartum experience: including how you want to be cared for and supported in those early tender weeks.

  • Post Partum Support

    A postpartum shift is always tailored to the unique needs of you and your family. Before your baby’s arrival, we’ll schedule a one-hour consultation to explore your wishes and create a personalized postpartum care plan.

    As your postpartum doula, my role is to tenderly care for you in the weeks after birth. My focus is to support your rest, nourishment, recovery, emotional well-being and holding space for the profound transition that birth brings.

    Alongside practical support, I also offer spiritual and emotional care, including bodywork, herbal support, energy work, and gentle guidance to help you feel grounded and supported. Birthing a child is a profound rite of passage, and it is my deep honour to walk beside you as you move through this threshold.

  • Birth Planning Support

    Virtual support in edcucating clients on informed consent and aiding you in the decisions that you get to make for the kind of birth you desire.

  • Pregnancy Loss Support

    Conscious & spontaneous release of pregnancy.

    Loss is a deeply confronting and controversial topic in our society. My role as a Doula is to ensure that people feel supported and held in these moments. Loss support is tailored to the needs of the parent, and no matter where they’re at, I will provide emotional, physical and educational care and support.

    On-call 24/7 from 37 weeks until 1 week postpartum

    Continuous labour support beginning at home and remaining with you through birth until 2 hours after baby’s arrival

    Advocacy, physical & emotional support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum

    Education on the stages of birth, informed consent, and comfort measures

    Breathwork & meditation guidance for labour and beyond

    Access to a lending library of supportive resources

    Placenta print keepsake (optional)

  • Postpartum Care:

    Postpartum Support — $40/hour (minimum 4 hours)

    1-hour phone consultation to assess family needs and create a personalized postpartum care plan

    Emotional support for processing your birth experience

    Healing support using herbs to aid postpartum recovery

    Bodywork including sesame oil massage, castor oil packs, Moxa, and gentle Reiki

    Education on infant care: feeding, soothing, and sleep

    Babywearing support

    Support with siblings

    Meal preparation and access to a nourishing recipe collection

    Light housework to ease your daily routine

    Connection to additional resources or community supports

    Packages Available:

    Hourly: $40/hour (minimum 4 hours)

    Pre-purchased packages: 6, 12, 18, or 24 hours

    Payment plan options available for all postpartum packages

    Hours can be divided as the family sees fit (minimum 2 hours per shift)

    Custom postpartum packages available with a small discount

  • Birth Planning Support

    Virtual support in educating clients on informed consent and aiding you in the decisions that you get to make for the kind of birth you desire, for you and your baby.

    Two 60 minute virtual appointments

  • Spontaneous or Conscious Release of Pregnancy

    (otherwise known as miscarriage and abortion): Pregnancy loss and abortion are births. The importance of supporting folks in these processes of birth can not be over looked. All births need the same care, support and healing that all postpartum bodies need.
